Egg White International

what got me into EWI?

- After speaking with some members on the bodybuilding.com forum I ran across a friend in BB2K, he also has a blog and is in support of Egg White Internatinoal. He stated to come check out the site and see what is has to offer.

Seeing we are both into the bodybuilding / workout mentality This fit very well into my diet, I consume a high prtotein / high fat / moderate carb intake diet, and being at school food can get very expensive. EWI provides quality Egg Whties and at a very affordable Price. This intrigued me to check out the site and start searching the forums.

What do I do with Egg Whites!?

1. I am a big fan of making omlettes, I usually use a few whole eggs (1-3) and add in the rest of my protein intake from Egg Whites to hit my meal requirements. Using regular egg whites or buying them in cartons is a lot more expensive then buying them bulk from Egg White International, yet another reason why I have been sticking towards EWI lately.

2. They can go very easy into shakes as well, being on the go I will sometimes make a shake prior to leaving for work or going out and sip on it throughout the time I am away from home and cannot get a meal in.

1. Outstanding customer support. Brian Ball in charge of EWI forums is very curteous and is very quick with feedback and is a huge asset to anyone who steps on the forum / webpage. He will anwser any questions or give assistance with anything if anyone ever needs anything. Anytime I shoot him a personal message he usually gets back to me within and hour or two depending on his schedule.

2. Quality Products.
Eggs have been on the rise in price lately due to the economy, and when someone needs a nice cheap protein source there is nothing like looking at eggs. Egg White International can provide you large tubs for a very cheap price that are very easy to store in a fridge/freezer for convenience.

3. Forum
The Forums does not have too many members but with recent promotions and people trying to strive to bring more members over it will only expand in the future. In attempt to get more people over I have created this blog to help Brian in getting more people interested and seeing what they have to offer.
